Refund and Returns Policy

At Eternal Gyms, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our processes in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you.

  • We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Change of mind returns are eligible for a store credit or exchange only (refunds are not provided for change of mind).
  • Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is damaged on arrival
  • Is significantly different from its description or images
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If this occurs:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
    • A refund
    • A replacement
    • A store credit

For approved faulty or incorrect item returns, return shipping costs will be covered by Eternal Gyms.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty under ACL)

4. How to Lodge a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ‘admin@eternalgyms.com’ with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • Store credits will be issued via email.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Australian Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
